Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of payment for a full refund. After this 12-hour period, cancellations are still possible, but additional fees, such as shipping costs, may apply. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need assistance.

We do not include an invoice in the package for online orders. However, customers who make a purchase through our online store will receive a receipt or invoice via email or message. If you need a copy of your invoice, please check your inbox or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been confirmed. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to assist you in making changes.

Package tracking allows you to monitor the status and location of your order as it moves through the shipping process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery progress on the carrier’s website. This helps you stay informed about when your package will arrive.

The ‘Payment Pending’ status means that your payment has not been successfully processed yet. This can happen if there was an issue with the payment method, such as insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, or a delay in processing. Please double-check your payment information and try again. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team for assistance. Once the payment is processed, your order status will be updated.

If you’re unable to reattempt payment or haven’t received a payment failure email, please check the following:

  • Check your payment method: Ensure that the payment details you entered are correct and that your payment method has sufficient funds or credit.
  • Look for the email: Sometimes, payment failure emails may be redirected to your spam or junk folder. Please check there.
  • Contact our support: If you still haven’t received any communication or are unable to reattempt payment, reach out to our customer service team. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue and help you complete your order.
