Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the shipping process, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and request to cancel the order.
  • If your cancellation request is received before the order is processed or shipped, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. If you contact us after this time, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful, as the order may already be on its way to you.

Refunds After Cancellation

Once an order is successfully canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

  • If the cancellation request is received after the item has been shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy for a refund.
  • Orders for custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. Please track your package and contact the carrier directly if you experience issues.
